1. Definitions

"Tickify" refers to the platform, website, and services provided.

"User" refers to any individual or entity using our platform, including artists and customers.

"Artist" refers to any performer, musician, entertainer, or professional listed on our platform.

"Customer" refers to any individual or business booking an artist for an event.
2. Use of Services
For Artists:

You must provide truthful details about your skills, pricing, and availability.

You are responsible for fulfilling your commitments to customers.

You agree that payments will be processed through "Tickify" and are subject to transaction fees.

You must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices.
For Customers:

You are responsible for providing accurate event details when booking an artist.

You agree to pay the full amount through "Tickify" once the artist reached at venue.

You must not attempt to bypass "Tickify" to avoid platform fees or commissions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring event conditions are suitable for the booked artist.
3. Payment Terms

"All payments" must be made through our secure payment gateway ("Razorpay").

"Tickify charges a service fee" on each booking, deducted before artist payouts.

Artists will receive their earnings after the event is completed, following our payout schedule.

Any disputes related to payments must be reported within **3 days** of the transaction.

An artist will only be eligible to accept new bookings once all past dues have been cleared.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
For Customers:

customer can only cancel the evnt "atleast 12 hours before the event timings".
For Artists:

If you cancel a confirmed booking, you may face penalties or account suspension.

Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may lead to removal from the platform.
Tickify reserves the right to make final decisions on cancellations and refunds.
5. Code of Conduct
All users must:

Treat others with respect and professionalism.

Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.

Not attempt to harass, exploit, or harm other users.
-
Not share misleading information or impersonate others.
Tickify reserves the right to "suspend or terminate" accounts that violate our code of conduct.
6. Intellectual Property

"Tickify owns all rights" to its brand, logo, and platform content.

Users "retain ownership" of their personal content (such as artist profiles, media, and performance details) but grant "Tickify" a limited license to display this content.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of Tickify’s content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability

"Tickify acts only as a facilitator" between artists and customers. We do not guarantee the performance, quality, or behavior of artists.

"Tickify is not liable" for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from bookings.

"Users are responsible" for their interactions and transactions on the platform.
8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between artists and customers, "Tickify may mediate", but we do not guarantee resolutions.

Any legal claims must be settled in "[Your Jurisdiction]" courts following "[Applicable Law]".
9. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to "suspend or terminate" any account for:

Violating these Terms.

Engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.
